Flats owners irate over unsettled accounts

Tongaat flat owners are furious with the local municipality after they alleged the municipality went back on its word t write off debt owed by the people. It is believed the Council said they would write off the amounts however, residents have been receiving letters saying otherwise.

This emerged at the meeting held at the V Moonsamy Hall, in Buffelsdale on January 24.
